Obura Wonenara Educated professionals to be a role model

As many  of writers and  publishers posting  their political disappointment, I  am  also  would  like  to precise  my  opinions as  a native  observer  regarding  the  face  book  advocators  of political grumbling and  mumbling  of their candidates. With  high  sound  and  fragrant  smelling  sense  of politics approaching  for  the  next  National General  Election  2022,  literally  cause  both literates and  illiterates with big  debut  of indulgence  towards determine  admiral leadership  in place. The  logic  of elite cueing, the  empirical  evidence  that  bears  on  citizens’  use  of  elite  cues  in political  decision  making should  already  be  sinks  in  their heart  who’s to  nominate  comes  the right  time. And  yet  the  voice  of high  profound  behreacrates with  student’s  elites and  other professionals  still sounds incompetent and  confuses  the  majority  of the  blinds and  cripple  ones.    Simple questions  to  start  on  a  bottom  line, who are  the  leade

GEMEL WOX WASI Autobiography

MY QUEST FOR EDUCATION WAS VERY CHALLENGING FOR THIS AGING GENERATION. I was born in the middle of 1990’s and raised up in 2000’s and today I am 24, from Marawaka sub-district village Kwakusilo. My education career began at the age of 8 when started elementary prep in 2003 at Marawaka elementary with basic skills of numeracy, words pronunciation and basic readings for three years.  In the year 2011, I was selected to Ivingoi high school in Okapa district to continue my lower secondary education grade 9 and 10. At the time I was fortunate to continue my education with the introducing of first free education policy starting from elementary up to secondary under O’Neill Dion’s government. Excitingly high school day was very interesting moment in next level of education with many challenges and difficulties in terms of financial support to pay stationaries, food and other essential needs. However, I was not given up to leave without all these to do my studies.  Many times I usually have f

OBURA WONENARA MISSED OUT DUE TO POOR COOPERATION OF LOCAL MP WITH HIS DDA OFFICIALS

It is on a contrary of K59 million released on 11th February by PM James Marape to people of EHP on various projects to be roll out soon. Insurely, totally upset and disgrace for the people of Obura Wonenara district to misunderstand the above million kina secure to other district excluding OWAN, the failures is not us people but its the wrong with our concern authorities. Our part as been already done which during election. And the big part that need to be accomplished is with the mandated person which absolutely degrades the developmental integrity at poorest level which not aligned to other district in the country. Established a procurement audit team in mist of corruption

I advocate that a probity auditor for procurement be established. This can be housed as a new independent office. This function will ensure that disputes are promptly heard but also investigate any allegations of malfeasance or to simply verify costing’s reasonable and robust. I believe that fiscal transparency must be strengthened by publishing key details of major project including estimated rates of return, estimated and final project costs, contractor and its gender impact. We have seen too many reports of excessive legal costs and it is time to ensure that there is legal compliance of the engagement of lawyers for public purposes through a procurement process that results in panel selection of firms and ensures value for money. The publicity of Parliamentarians on signage of public works or assets purchased with public funds and the deception that Parliamentarians alone deliver must stop. It is time for anti-signage provisions in law Parliament, an important arm of government mus

WALK UP CALL FOR ALL RURAL LEADERS - TO ANGA REGION

We will be continuously brainwashed because we can not discussed openly which will be continuously mislead. We sit around and do nothing about it, we say nothing about it. We are too busy with our doings and gettin diplomas and degrees so forth that we can be qualified to enter the national western race. This is walk up call for all 2022 intending candidates who prepare to represent PEOPLE OF OBURA WONENARA DISTRICT and MENYAMYA DISTRICT to speak effectively and efficiently. This tangible idea that the destiny of the peoples of above two mentioned district can not be decided by one group alone. The negotiation process must be swift and positive if the long night is to end and the crying in the wilderness is to be silenced with tears of day ligth. I have no doubt that this two district will have to declare the prosperity and drive towards new provincial boundaries between Momase and Highland and will be called the New Province as "ANGA".
